Restocking Amenity
We will keep your short-term rental unit or property adequately stocked with the required amenities, and other supplies. It's an essential part of guaranteed guest satisfaction. In turn, this will ensure positive ratings and positive reviews from guests. Before leaving, we take adequate notes of low supplies to ensure that the next guest has enough amenities and needed supplies during their stay.
Property Inspection
Our team is trained to perform property observations before, during, and after servicing. If there are any repairs needed or damages that occurred after a stay, our operations team will be informed. The host will then be alerted of any needed repairs or informed of any claims they will need to file for reimbursement after a stay. Photos will also be provided of damages.
